Mike Meszaros (23-8) of Billings Montana defeated Bill Katona (17-15) of Riverside California four games to none in the world series. Meszaros now has eleven lifetime tournament wins.

Meszaros defeated Dan Martin three games to none in one semi-final. Katona defeated Mike Cohen three games to one in the other semi-final.

Katona and Martin survived a 5-way tiebreaker with Steve Baldeaux, Stan Suderman & Mark Van Klaveren for first in their division at 14-10.
