Ed Killmer (22-8) of Tampa FL defeated Errol Dennis (18-12) of St Bernard LA four games to none in the world series. This is Killmer’s seventeenth STAR Tournaments win. Killmer defeated Donnie Hastings, three games to one, in one semifinal. Dennis defeated Jim Galloway, three games to one, in the other semifinal.
