Mark Delpopolo (21-11) of Tampa FL defeated Brett Pritchard (18-16), of Fayetteville Arkansas, four games to three in the world series. This is Delpopolo's fifth STAR Tournament win. It was also Pritchard’s second STAR tournament.

Delpopolo defeated Shannon Harrison three games to one in one semi-final. Pritchard defeated Johnny Covalt three games to two in the other semi-final.

Delpopolo (14-7) won the division.

Harrison defeated Covalt to win the third-place bracket.
