Bruce Layton (21-12) of Ithaca NY defeated Joe Inzinna (17-17) of Syracuse NY four games to one in the World Series. It was Layton’s fifteenth STAR Tournaments win.

Layton defeated Gene Abood three games to one in one semi-final. Inzinna defeated Gordon Deane three games to two in the other semi-final.

Deane (15-9) and Layton (14-10) won their respective divisions.
