Mark Delpopolo (21-11) of Tampa FL defeated Richie Wain (21-13) of Pittsburgh PA four games to three in the world series. Delpopolo now has four Star Tournaments wins.

Delpopolo defeated Vic Horvath three games to none in one semi-final. Wain defeated Dave Hegg three games to two in the other semi-final.

Delpopolo (14-8) and Wain (15-7) won their respective divisions, Wain on a TB over Horvath.
