Mike Nowakowski (22-11) of Madison OH defeated Mark Delpopolo (18-16) of Miami FL four games to two in the world series. Nowakowski now has two lifetime STAR Tournaments wins.

Nowakowski defeated the team of Bill Fenlon and Dave Johnson three games to none in one semi-finals. Delpopolo defeated Bryan Lewis three games to one in the other semi-final. Lewis (16-7) and Nowakowski (15-9) won their respective divisions. Delpopolo advanced by beating Vic Horvath in a shootout.
